Instructions:
1. Send
the following information to dave@machinebrain.com:
a. Proposed ad content (attach sample image file if available)
b. Ad target URL
c. Desired ad size and type (i.e. 468x60 banner, etc.)
d. Desired placement area (i.e. page header, right side,
etc.)
e. Ad start and end date or indicate "month to month"
(end at any time)
f. Payment method (check, Paypal, or credit card (thru Paypal)
2. The
ad content and target URL will be reviewed to ensure that
it is appropriate for the Machinebrain site.
3. Once
the ad content is accepted, please send first month's payment
(or full annual payment for discounted rate)

If paying
with Paypal, send email to dave@machinebrain.com indicating
preference for single annual payment or reoccurring monthly
payments. A Paypal request for payment will then be sent
to your attention for authorization.
